UW Crows is a planetary robotics team from the University of Warsaw, a non-technical university, which makes our project especially distinctive. As a small team, we rely on versatility, with members contributing across multiple subsystems and learning through hands-on design, testing, and integration. What began as a reactivated rover project based on a 2020 platform has grown into a rapidly developing program shaped by ambition, self-driven learning, and close collaboration. In 2026, we competed in our first-ever International Rover Challenge, placing 8th and receiving the Emerging Team of the Year award. Our background and team size have also pushed us toward creative and unconventional engineering solutions that have become a defining part of our identity. We actively contribute to STEM outreach in Poland through workshops, public demonstrations, and educational events.
