UARTEK Rover Team is an interdisciplinary robotics team affiliated with Manisa Celal Bayar University, consisting of 10 dedicated members with expertise in mechanical, electronic, computer science, and scientific research disciplines. Founded on January 1st 2023, our team is committed to pushing the boundaries of autonomous vehicle technology and planetary exploration robotics.

The acronym “UARTEK” stands for “Spacecraft Technologies” in Turkish, reflecting our mission to develop innovative and competitive robotic systems for planetary exploration. Our primary goal is to demonstrate our expertise on a global scale, competing in prestigious international challenges such as the European Rover Challenge (ERC), while continuously improving our technical capabilities and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of space robotics.
