Our objective is to design and build a rover for the study of alien habitats. We are a student-run, multi-disciplinary team. The goal of this initiative is to pique students’ interest in the topic of “Space Science and Exploration” at Manipal University in Jaipur. One of the most difficult tasks in space science is detecting and identifying extinct or current life signs. We attempt to present fascinating techniques in the study of life. Our goal is to compete in and win various rover design challenges and competitions.
Our first submission into a global competition was IRDC 2021, where we placed 19th. For added points, our Rendered Design was the third most liked of the top five chosen rendered photos uploaded on MSSA’s Instagram profile. In the University Rover Challenge, we received 58.36 points.
