Koç University Rover Team (KURT) is a student-led technology team established in 2024. As one of the pioneering technology teams at Koç University, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of robotics and space exploration.

In our founding year, we made an impressive debut by competing as a finalist in the TEKNOFEST Agricultural Unmanned Ground Vehicle 2024 Competition, with our sponsor TürkTraktör. This experience provided us with invaluable knowledge and strengthened our commitment to robotics competitions. Inspired by our achievements, we set higher goals and embarked on a new challenge—competing in the European Rover Challenge (ERC) 2025.
To meet the demands of this prestigious competition, we expanded our team to 25 talented students from various engineering and non-engineering disciplines, embracing a truly multidisciplinary approach. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and technical expertise, ensuring that every member contributes to the development of our rover.

With a fresh perspective and a drive for continuous improvement, we have begun the design and manufacturing of our next-generation rover from scratch. As we work tirelessly to bring our vision to life, we remain committed to teamwork, learning, and technological advancement in our team.
