HAL-062 is a multifunctional terrain mobile robot, fearless in the face of any task, developed and maintained by the KNR Rover Team – a part of the Students Robotics Associacion at the Warsaw University of Technology in Poland. Year after year, the rover is able to face increasingly difficult competitions thanks to the tireless efforts of the crew working on its development. Our team consists of people passionate about robotics, who seek their way to participate in the great revolution of robotics.
The KNR Rover Team was established by a small group of individuals in 2017. Today, the legacy is proudly continued by 35 active members, who conduct workshops and participate in numerous science events in the name of expanding knowledge about space and robotics. Over the years, we have gained valuable experience by participating in numerous international competitions – two editions of University Rover Challenge in the state of Utah, USA (2018,2019), and five editions of European Rover Challenge (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2024). Currently, we are working on our fourth iteration of the HAL-062 design.
Our rapid progress would never have been possible without the support of our sponsors, who help turn our dreams into reality – PRUSA Research, Botland, STMicroelectronics, DPS Software, ADDIT, and Altium.
