KOU ROVER is an innovative rover team composed of students from Kocaeli University, bringing together technology, engineering, and team spirit under a common goal. Through projects developed in the fields of robotic systems, autonomous mobility, mechanical design, electronics, and software, our team aims to represent our university in the best possible way on both national and international platforms. Acting with an interdisciplinary working culture, KOU ROVER is not only a competition team, but also a strong technological community that produces, researches, develops, and prepares future engineers for tomorrow.

With the sponsorship of Kılavuz Youth Foundation, KOU ROVER continues its work with even greater strength and carries its projects forward through this valuable support. Our team crowned its success by achieving first place in the Advanced Category of the TEKNOFEST 2024 Industrial Digital Technologies Competition, followed by another first-place achievement in the TEKNOFEST 2025 Industrial Digital Technologies Competition in Türkiye. In addition, our team has earned important distinctions in previous years as well, drawing attention with its consistent progress, technical competence, and innovative perspective. These accomplishments demonstrate that KOU ROVER represents not only the engineering vision of today, but also that of the future.
