Scientific circle Bekker Team was formed a few years ago at the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering and its main interest was rovers. In 2014 it was searching for a partner university in USA to take part in a competition organised there and in 2015 it started preparations for European eidtion of the competition ERC. Unfortunately when most of the members graduated scientific circle had to suspend its activity due to a difficulty of gathering a group of students with similar interests and continue work.
At the turn of February and March 2020 students of Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering under the leadership of Phd Damian Markuszewski decided to revive the activity of Bekker Team. All of the members started their adventure with rovers this year. The circle currently has 20 students of Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering. These are mainly students of the third year of bachelor: Mechanics of Vehicles and Construction Machinery, Mechatronics of Vehicles and Construction Machinery and Engineering of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles.
