KONGAR is a technology community founded in 2024 within the Automotive Engineering Department of Çukurova University. It brings together students from diverse engineering disciplines to develop autonomous systems through a culture of collaborative production.

Our team, which conducts integrated studies in mechanical design, electronics, and software, has gained significant experience in project development, system integration, and field testing through the 2025 TEKNOFEST Unmanned Underwater Systems competition. Building on this expertise, our team continues its work on both land and underwater platforms, including the development of KONGAR, an autonomous Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) platform.

Our goal is to establish a sustainable R&D culture that transforms theoretical knowledge into practice, produce indigenous engineering solutions, and provide high-quality contributions to our country’s technology ecosystem.
